You could argue, this is just a story, fantasy, what does it matter? But it does, it creates a jolt, disconuity, that niggles and niggles the reader so they stop taking in the content that follows.
In this story, London was an important setting to further the father daughter relationship and the inaccuracies spoiled that key moment in your story.

Sorry folks, but today was SUC-TACTIC!
I went to the General Practitioner at 9:00 am for my 6 month check up (and to check up on what had happened at the start of the year). Progress report: Nothing really. I haven't done any constructive work in the past two weeks and very little before then. I am trying to put out a story I started on back in 2016 and I have a chapter and a half already developed.
I have done no work on the next chapter of Ebb Tide. I know where I want to go, but am unsure how I'm going to get there.
