Cymbalta effexor equivalent dose

I've been taking Effexor XR for about 10 days and on 75mg right now, however, it started to increase my apatite which is a bit dangerous considering I suffer from Type-2 Diabetes. Is it possible to switch into Cymbalta right away? Also what is the equivalent dose of Effexor 75mg on Cymbalta? Thank you.
